All guests that require a seat are required to have a ticket. If they are a small child that will sit on your lap for the entire performance, they do not need a ticket. 

Handicapped accessible seating is available only by request, and guests must call iTickets Customer Care Team at (614)-414-6899 to reserve them.

Tickets for a canceled or re-scheduled show may be exchanged for a future Aetos show upon availability. Tickets may be exchanged for a seat with an equal or lesser value, and must be redeemed within six months from the date of cancelation. 

If a show is canceled or re-scheduled, you will be notified via email associated with the ticket.

Tickets can not be replaced if there is no proof of purchase and are not redeemable for cash. There are no refunds. Tickets must be exchanged via email at tickets@nixaschools.net or at the Aetos Center box office.

There will be no refunds or exchanges on tickets.

Aetos will function in two separate ways. It will first function as an educational space for our Arts programs. The running of this part of the center will come from money used to educate students.

The second function will be that of a venue for national acts. This will be run more like a business. While it will take time to build, the goal is for the venue to run this part in a self-funded way. Through ticket sales, sponsorships, etc. the costs to run the national acts will ultimately not interfere with education dollars. This is why the community (and really the region including Kansas, Arkansas, and Oklahoma) will see advertising for shows. 

The district is working to keep this section of Aetos funding itself and will run it more like a business. So, you will see it function that way with advertising and other functions so it can be self-funded. The district will also be looking for grants and sponsorships to help run this function of the venue.  Email aetos@nixaschools.net with any questions.
